At Miadibes Cares, we understand that healthcare can be difficult to access, especially in underserved communities. Through our Community Assistance Program, we provide limited financial and material support to individuals and families in need.

Type of Assistance Available

• Payment assistance for lab work, CT scans, X-rays, and doctor visits
• Transportation support (e.g., taxi rides to medical appointments)
• Personal care items (clothing, hygiene products, medical equipment)
• Help covering prescription medication fees

How to Apply

• Fill out secure online form (name, contact info, explanation, supporting documents)
• Review team assesses request
• Miadibes Cares representative contacts applicant
